Historic architectural vocabularies are not meant to be blindly reproduced today. But they are surprisingly adaptable to contemporary life. The residence embodies the benefits of not copying historic precedents, but rather using them as a starting point for design. The residence is symbolised by the projections that extend beyond adjacent roof lines.

The ionic columns reflect the details of classic french architecture. The entire façade of the residence is beautified with stone cladding. The ionic columns mainly edge the balconies and belts around the whole facade which is remarkable. Tall windows with transoms articulate the facade. Parisian style railings made up of wrought iron in balconies is an eye catching feature. The residence’s deep window frames evoke the safety and durability of colonial-era residences, yet their large apertures impart the house with a sense of porosity.

Every detail is meticulously thought out and incorporated into the design to create a warm and inviting home. Whether it's showcasing regional influences or camouflaging intricate details, this project demonstrates our commitment to creating visually appealing and tactile buildings that exude a sense of liability and warmth.
